### *LUCKNOWI DANDIYA NIGHT MAHOTSAV 2025 – TERMS & CONDITIONS*

*Venue: Janeshwar Mishra Park, Gate No. 5, Lucknow* 

*Dates: 27 September – 2 October 2025 | Timings: 5:00 PM – 10:30 PM*

### *1. TICKETING & ENTRY* 

1.1 *Valid Ticket Required*: Entry permitted only upon presentation of a verified e-ticket (digital or printed). 

1.2 *Age Policy*: Attendees aged 3 years and above require a ticket. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times. 

1.3 *Discounts*: Early-bird/group discounts apply only for purchases made before the cutoff date via official channels. 

1.4 *Re-entry Prohibited*: Single-entry policy enforced. Exiting the venue invalidates the ticket. 

### *2. REFUNDS & TRANSFERS* 

2.1 *No Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds/rescheduling options apply *only if the event is postponed or cancelled. 

2.2 *Non-Transferable*: Tickets are linked to the original purchaser. Unauthorized resale or duplication voids the ticket without refund. 

### *3. SECURITY & SAFETY* 

3.1 *Security Checks*: All bags/personal items subject to inspection. CCTV surveillance active throughout the venue. 

3.2 *Prohibited Items*: 

  - Weapons, alcohol, narcotics, drones, professional cameras. 

  - Large umbrellas, outside food/beverages, or any hazardous materials. 

3.3 *Cash Advisory*: Food stalls accept cards/UPI; carrying cash is recommended as backup. 

3.4 *Crowd Control*: Follow staff/volunteer instructions. Emergency exits must remain unobstructed. 

### *4. CONDUCT & LIABILITY* 

4.1 *Behavior Policy*: Harassment, vandalism, or disorderly conduct will result in immediate ejection without refund. 

4.2 *Media Consent*: Entry implies consent for photography/filming for promotional use by organizers. 

4.3 *Liability Waiver*: 

  - Organizers/venue not liable for injury, theft, or property loss. 

  - Attendees participate at their own risk. 

### *5. FACILITIES* 

5.1 *Parking*: Paid parking available (first-come, first-served). Organizers assume no liability for vehicles/contents. 

5.2 *Accessibility*: Wheelchair access provided. Seek assistance from volunteers. 

5.3 *Kids’ Zone*: Parents/guardians must accompany children at all times. 

### *6. HEALTH PROTOCOLS* 

6.1 *Medical Aid*: First-aid tents and ambulances onsite. Report emergencies to volunteers. 

6.2 *COVID-19*: Compliance with local health mandates (e.g., masking, distancing) is mandatory. 

### *7. FOOD & BEVERAGES* 

7.1 *Outside F&B Prohibited*: Only food/drinks purchased onsite permitted. Also dispose waste & garbage responsibly.

7.2 *Restrictions*: Alcohol strictly prohibited. Smoking not allowed within the venue. 

### *8. LOST & FOUND* 

8.1 *Reporting*: Contact Information Desk or nearest volunteer/security personnel. 

8.2 *Retention*: Items held for 7 days post-event; unclaimed items will be discarded. 

### *9. GENERAL* 

9.1 *Force Majeure*: Organizers not liable for cancellation/delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government orders). 

9.2 *Updates*: Terms subject to change; check official channels for updates. 

9.3 *Compliance*: Entry constitutes unconditional acceptance of all terms. Violations may lead to legal action.
