Refund and Cancellation

1. Event Cancellations & Postponements

If an event is cancelled:

  • You will receive a full refund, including any service fees, to your original payment method.
  • The refund amount will be credited within 7 to 10 days to your original payment method

If an event is postponed/rescheduled:

  • Your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date.
  • If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within a specified window, which will be communicated via email.

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If you are unable to attend an event:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed unless the event organizer offers flexible cancellation terms.
  • Please check the individual event’s refund terms at the time of booking.
  • Some events may allow ticket transfers to another attendee. Contact us for assistance.

3. Force Majeure

Digital Ticket Show is not responsible for refunds in the event of delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Acts of war or terrorism
  • Pandemics or health-related emergencies

In such cases, the event organizer’s refund policy will apply.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're eligible for a refund:

  • Contact our support team at info@digitalticketshow.com
  • Include your order number, event name, and reason for the refund request. 
  • if approved, amount will  be credited within 3 - 5 business days to your original payment method.
